Advising a national retailer on construction and commercial contracting for its $200m retail/residential development in Tauranga.

Advising iwi on its joint venture arrangements, and arrangements with the Crown, in connection with the master-planned residential housing development on the Unitec site in Auckland.

Advising a listed retirement village operator on all aspects of its development projects for existing and new retirement villages throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.


Advising a major group home builder on its property finance arrangements including establishment of a wholesale development fund.

Advising a Super Rugby franchise on its suite of property and commercial contracting arrangements locally and internationally.

Advising a listed hospitality retailer on its national franchising arrangements and commercial contracts.
