Sam assists with a wide variety of regulatory prosecutions on behalf of government departments and agencies, and specialist disciplinary tribunals. 

Sam also prosecutes for the Crown in various criminal proceedings. 

Before joining MC, Sam worked in the litigation team at another major law firm with experience in health and safety, coronial inquests, civil litigation and employment.
