Rushy acts on the full spectrum of property matters, both residential and commercial.  Her experience includes conveyancing, subdivisions, and acting on the sale of properties subject to restraining or forfeiture orders under the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009, as well as sales in bankruptcy under the Insolvency Act 2006. 

Rushy also brings valuable experience from her time practising in insurance litigation. She has defended professional negligence claims, assisted with policy interpretation and coverage disputes, and worked closely with insurers and insured clients on strategy, settlement, and risk management.
