He has a proven track record of driving growth through effective and client-focused business development strategies, operational efficiencies, and professionalising teams. Paul’s strength and success lies in his ability to quickly develop strong relationships with his colleagues and clients. His practical, can-do approach is matched by his genuine enthusiasm and collaborative working style which empowers and guides his teams to succeed.
Prior to MC, Paul was the Head of Clients and Markets at KPMG New Zealand.
