Working alongside her team, she ensures MC attracts outstanding talent and provides industry-leading training and development. Together, they support MC to deliver exceptional expertise and service to our clients.
 
Victoria brings more than 20 years’ experience across people and capability roles and is a trusted HR leader and practitioner. Prior to joining MC, she was Head of HR at Sky Television and has worked across a diverse range of industries throughout her career.
