Matthew Büdler

About

Matt represents the Crown across a range of regulatory and criminal proceedings. 

Before joining MC, Matt worked as a criminal defence lawyer with the Public Defence Service in Manukau. During his time at PDS, Matt worked on a range of criminal cases in the District and High Court including conducting complex judge alone trials, jury trials, and appeals as sole counsel. Prior to this, Matt worked as an intern at MC and then a Judges' Clerk at the Auckland District Court.
