Lisa assists with a wide range of criminal matters and High Court proceedings and regularly appears in the District Court.
Lisa was a 2023 winter intern and joined MC as a Law Clerk in 2025. Prior to working at MC, Lisa interned at the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) in Vienna, Austria. She also spent semesters abroad at the University of Toronto, Université Laval (Quebec City, Canada) and the University of Zurich (Switzerland)
Lisa is proficient in English, German and French.
Recent Cases & Achievements
Lisa's Honours dissertation, titled "Letting the Fearful Voices Sing too: An Analysis of a New 'Fear-based' Exception to the Hearsay Rules", analysed the Law Commission's proposal to introduce a hearsay exception based on a witness' fear of retaliation. She was supervised by Scott Optican.
