About

Lauren joined MC as a winter intern in 2021 and returned as a Law Clerk in 2023. She is now a Solicitor in the Wellington regulatory team, where she provides advice to and acts for government bodies. While at University, Lauren completed two honours dissertations, one on the rights of victims of insane offenders, and the other on legal responses to climate-induced migration.

Recent Cases & Achievements

Lauren published an article about climate-induced migration, in which she identifies the current gap in responses to the phenomenon, and proposes an equitable multilateral agreement to better address the issue.
