Kennedi is a Registered Legal Executive in MC's Local Government team. She assists public sector clients on a range of property, construction and commercial matters.
She has extensive expertise dealing with Land Information New Zealand for the registration of complex legal instruments including caveats, easements and subdivisions and with the Personal Property Securities Register.
