Kate Haszard

About

Kate focuses on criminal and civil proceedings under the Fair Trading Act 1986, Commerce Act 1986, and the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.  Kate also regularly appears in the District Court on a wide range of criminal matters.

At university, Kate wrote her thesis on the adequacy of laws governing the behaviour of directors in insolvent or near-insolvent scenarios in New Zealand.
