About

Johanna has broad experience in property matters across both residential and commercial contexts.  Her experience includes conveyancing, subdivisions, acting on the sale of properties subject to restraining or forfeiture orders under the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009, and in bankruptcy, under the Insolvency Act 2006.

Johanna also brings valuable public sector experience from her time working on the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care within the faith-based investigation team where she was lead author on a large case study report.
