About

Estelle advises clients on a broad range of property, local government and commercial matters. She has particular expertise in complex property transactions and arrangements, and often leads significant property projects for her private and public sector clients.  In addition, she has experience in corporate and commercial structuring and advises on contracts, governance and decision-making matters. 

Estelle advises both private sector entities and local government on their property and commercial matters, meaning she has a unique lens on the respective drivers in any transaction and can utilise that to strong effect.  She combines strong technical skills with a practical approach, working closely with clients to identify effective solutions and deliver clear, commercial advice.

Recent Cases & Achievements

Acting for a local authority in relation to a long-term land buyout programme, including advising on Public Works Act process and transactions, and leading the transactional team in drafting easement, acquisition and access documentation. 

Advising a Crown-appointed developer on the acquisition of multiple superlots in the Roskill South regeneration project, including the negotiation and review of complex development, relationship, and option agreements supporting the delivery of high-density affordable housing.

 Advising various local authorities on property transactions and instruments, including acquisitions, leasing and statutory processes and interests.
