Cordelia Woodhouse

Cordelia is part of MC’s Environment and Regulatory teams. She advises local authorities and private commercial clients on a range of resource management and local government matters. She has appeared on resource management matters in the Environment Court, High Court and Supreme Court, as well as on resource consent and plan change hearings before local authorities / independent commissioners. Cordelia also acts for the Crown in criminal proceedings.

Prior to joining MC, Cordelia worked at a specialist environmental and planning law firm and before that was in-house counsel at Environmental Defence Society (Environmental NGO).
