Annabelle Wilson

Annabelle acts for the Commissioner of Police in High Court civil proceedings under the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009. She also acts for the Crown in criminal proceedings.

Prior to joining MC, Annabelle worked at a civil litigation and dispute resolution firm specialising in insurance and reinsurance. In this role, Annabelle worked on a range of liability claims and subrogated recoveries, and appeared as a junior on a range of civil matters in the High Court.
