Abigail Stuart

Abigail undertakes criminal prosecutions on behalf of the Crown, including drafting submissions and appearing in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.  She has worked on a range of prosecutions, from lesser offences through to sexual offending, serious violent crimes, and serious drug offending. Abigail also acts for professional disciplinary regulators before various tribunals and the District Court.

Prior to joining MC, Abigail studied at Victoria University of Wellington and interned at both MC and a large commercial law firm based in Wellington, working in their employment and public law teams.
