
Sarah Murphy
Senior Solicitor
Sarah completed an internship in the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia before working for two years as a judges’ clerk in the Auckland High Court. She then worked for four years in The Hague as a defence lawyer at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon.
Sarah became a Crown prosecutor in 2017. She regularly appears in the District Court and High Court in Auckland conducting pre-trial, trial, and appellate work.
Sarah’s articles on the connection between law and science have been published in the Harvard Medical School Bioethics Journal and the Auckland University Law Review.
