Leo Lai
Senior Solicitor
Leo is a Senior Solicitor in the Criminal Proceeds Recovery team. He acts for the Commissioner of Police in High Court civil proceedings under the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009. Leo also acts for the Crown in criminal proceedings.
Prior to joining MC, Leo was employed as a criminal defence barrister. In this role, Leo appeared on a range of criminal matters and appeals in the District Court and High Court.
