Kathleen acts for various government agencies, including New Zealand Inland Revenue, covering claims, regulatory issues, and the full spectrum of civil litigation.

She also represents a broad commercial clientele – from high-net-worth individuals and company directors to property investors, corporates and private liquidators – combining first rate advocacy with no nonsense advice on financial and property disputes, cross border litigation, bankruptcy and liquidations.

Kathleen has appeared before the Court of Appeal, High Court, District Court and Family Court.

She is a member of the Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association of New Zealand (RITANZ).  She keeps updated a chapter in Heath and Whale on Insolvency, and is also a mentor for the Auckland Women Lawyers Association.

Kathleen speaks fluent Mandarin.
