Jakob Gibson
Solicitor
Jakob is a Solicitor in MC’s Commercial Litigation team. He assists in a wide range of commercial and civil proceedings, acting for both government and private sector clients. Before joining MC, Jakob worked at a boutique commercial litigation firm in central Auckland.
Jakob is also a junior crown prosecutor and acts for the Crown in criminal proceedings.
- Assisting with litigation involving a company’s claims against former executives and auditors following from accounting irregularities.
- Acting for liquidators in a significant directors’ duties claim currently before the High Court.
