Georgia advises public and private sector clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters involving corporate structuring, construction and development, property finance, joint ventures and commercial contracting.

Before joining MC, Georgia worked for a boutique commercial firm where she advised on corporate and commercial matters, as well as a broad range of issues involving resource management, intellectual property, technology and employment law. She has also appeared and assisted on litigation matters before the High Court, Environment Court and Employment Relations Authority. Prior to that, Georgia was part of the regulatory team at the New Zealand Law Society.
