Daniel is involved in criminal prosecutions for various government departments, including the Department of Corrections, the Department of Internal Affairs, the New Zealand Customs Service, and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
Daniel also acts as Crown counsel in criminal prosecutions, and conducts jury trials on behalf of the Crown.
