Advising a Government department on updating and implementing service and funding contracts for a key public service.
Acting for a listed food retailer on its full range of property development and leasing matters.
Acting on various subdivisions of retail centres and residential developments, ranging from complex rural subdivisions to urban unit titles, involving due diligence on the underlying land, finance arrangements, subdivision, and sell down of lots.
Acting on the New Zealand arm of the acquisition of an international technology development group.
Acting for a shopping mall developer on its development and leasing agreements, and its subsequent management of its leasing portfolio.
