Beth Smith

Beth is an Associate in Meredith Connell’s employment law team and advises clients on a full range of employment matters including restructures, managing employee performance, disciplinary processes and personal grievances. 

Beth spent a number of years working in commercial litigation (in both New Zealand and in Ireland), before specialising in employment law and prior to joining Meredith Connell, she was a senior solicitor in a specialist employment team in Auckland based firm.

Beth regularly represents clients in mediation and in court, and enjoys working closely with clients to provide practical advice and find commercially pragmatic solutions.
