Anna Cameron


Anna has acted on behalf of private clients and government entities on a number of planning issues including obtaining consents and designations for medium and large scale infrastructure projects, advising on changes to planning and policy frameworks and undertaking environmental due diligence.

While working in the UK, Anna advised on a range of commercial transactions and contracts particularly in relation to housing developments and waste services.

Prior to joining Meredith Connell, Anna worked in the environment and planning team at a large commercial firm before working in-house at a London Borough Council.

  • Advised the South London Waste Partnership on a procurement project for two new contracts for services for grounds maintenance and waste collection services, as well as and other Partnership contracts relating to the management of recycling facilities and the construction and operation of a new Energy Recovery Facility.
  • Advised on a major housing development project in the London Borough of Croydon including assistance in undertaking due diligence of properties and the negotiation and completion of associated commercial contracts.
  • Acted for Auckland Transport in relation to its application for coastal permits and land use consents to construct and operate a ferry terminal in the common coastal marine area.
