Andy’s areas of practice include domestic and international M&A’s, restructuring and banking and finance law. He has appeared in various courts (including the Court of Appeal) alongside QC’s and leading barristers, as junior counsel, on complex cross-border debt recovery litigation between New Zealand and China. During university, Andy clerked in the international trade and commercial disputes department of a top law firm based in Beijing, China.
