Abigail Stuart
Solicitor
Abigail is a Solicitor in the Crown Specialist Group having joined MC as a law clerk in February 2022.
Abigail assists in prosecuting criminal proceedings and drafting submissions in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining MC, Abigail studied at Victoria University of Wellington and interned at both MC and a large commercial law firm based in Wellington, working in their employment and public law teams.
